Our Women’s Recovery Program
Recovery Is Stronger Together
You don’t have to navigate recovery alone. Building a structured, supportive environment is key to long-term success, and our program is designed to help women create a fulfilling and sustainable lifestyle. Through a balance of guidance, accountability, and personal growth, we help our residents cultivate emotional well-being, responsibility, and independence—ensuring they have the tools to thrive for the long haul.
There’s no time limit on your journey with us. Our program evolves with each individual, offering increased freedoms and privileges as residents progress in their recovery. We use a three-phase approach that gradually fosters self-sufficiency, allowing clients to regain confidence in their ability to live independently. Many of our long-term residents serve as mentors, offering wisdom and encouragement to those just beginning their path. This is the power of a strong recovery community—learning from one another and growing together.
Regular house meetings provide a space for open communication, ensuring everyone understands and supports each other’s progress. Respect, accountability, and encouragement are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re just starting out or have been in recovery for years, our community is here to help you succeed.

House Rules and Support
Most sober living homes have rules, and ours are simple:
- Respect yourself
- Respect others
- Respect your surroundings
We require everyone to join a structured recovery program and attend regular meetings. We understand that recovery looks different for each person, so we support you in finding a program that fits your needs. For everyone’s safety, we also do random drug and alcohol tests. If you’d like more details on all our rules, please contact us.
We know many people in recovery also deal with mental health challenges, trauma, or co-occurring disorders. We’ve been there, too, and we’re here to help you find outside resources, tools, and skills to heal every area of your life.
We hold regular in-house support groups, and there’s always a head resident, staff member, or volunteer ready to help with whatever you need.

Many women in recovery also navigate the complexities of mental health challenges, past trauma, and co-occurring conditions. These struggles are often deeply connected, making the journey to healing unique for each individual. We recognize these challenges firsthand and are here to help you find the right resources, support systems, and coping strategies to regain balance and well-being.
In addition to providing a safe and structured living environment, we host regular in-house support groups to encourage open discussions and shared experiences. Whether you need guidance, encouragement, or simply someone to listen, a dedicated team member—whether a staff member, head resident, or volunteer—is always available to offer support whenever you need it.

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, certain rules are strictly enforced. Violating any of the following may result in immediate dismissal from the program:
- No Alcohol or Drugs – The use, possession, or distribution of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- No Inappropriate Relationships – Romantic or sexual relationships between staff, management, clients, or guests are not allowed.
- No Violence or Harmful Behavior – Any form of aggression, discrimination, harassment, or hateful conduct—whether on or off the premises—will not be tolerated.

House Expectations & Responsibilities
Chores:
Each resident is responsible for keeping their living space clean, starting with making their bed every morning. Daily chores help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home for everyone. In addition, a deep cleaning of the house takes place weekly over a designated two-day period, with responsibilities shared among house members.
Productivity:
All residents must be actively engaged in meaningful activities for at least 30 hours per week. This can include:
- Employment (part-time or full-time)
- Volunteering
- School or educational programs
- Participation in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- A combination of the above
Meeting Attendance:
- In-House Meetings: Residents are required to attend weekly house meetings within their individual homes.
- Outside Meetings: A step-down approach is followed based on sobriety progress. For example:
- Phase I: Attend at least four recovery-based meetings or activities per week.
- Phase II: Attend at least three per week.
- Evergreen Sober Living supports all recovery pathways, allowing residents to choose from a variety of meeting styles and resources that best align with their journey.
Mentorship:
Residents must maintain weekly mentorship meetings with a 12-step sponsor or recovery coach to ensure ongoing accountability, personal growth, and long-term success in sobriety.
By following these expectations, residents develop structure, responsibility, and support systems that help build a stable and fulfilling sober lifestyle.
